explr.sx was created to make the island’s deeper story easier to access — for locals, first-time visitors, and island lovers alike. It’s part guide, part cultural archive, and part travel planner — built with care, not corporate backing.

We’re a small, independent team based in Saint-Martin — passionate about the island, its people, and its future.

Our goal? To make explr.sx the friendliest, most inspiring way to explore and connect with this unique place — both online and on the water.

This project is ongoing. We’re researching thousands of books, journals, archives, and local stories — and we’re publishing them step by step. The map will always be free, and always expanding.
