No — only a deposit is paid online to reserve your date.
The balance is paid directly to your captain or operator, usually on the day of the experience.
When is my booking confirmed?
After you request your date, we confirm availability directly with the operator.
Your booking is only secured once availability is confirmed and your deposit is paid.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If conditions are not suitable, your captain may suggest rescheduling or adjusting the itinerary.
If the trip cannot go ahead due to weather, your deposit is refunded.
