To secure your charter, you’ll pay a small deposit online through our secure checkout powered by Stripe or PayPal. EXPLR.SX does not charge any payment processing fees on the deposit.
We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for fast and flexible deposit payments.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the charter and is paid directly to the captain. The balance may be paid in cash or by card in USD (+5% local card processing fee). Please note that PayPal nor American Express cards are not accepted for the balance payment.
All bookings are covered by our clear and fair cancellation policy.
You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time and receive a full refund of your deposit.
Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable. The deposit secures the reservation of the boat, captain, and time slot specifically for your group.
If an activity cannot operate due to unsafe weather conditions, as determined by the captain, we will assist with rescheduling or provide a full refund.

This private half-day charter departs from Blue Pearl Marina and heads offshore aboard a 33-ft Boston Whaler Outrage — a powerful and highly capable fishing boat designed for comfort, safety, and serious sport fishing.
Using a combination of trolling, deep sea trolling, and bottom fishing techniques, your captain will guide you to productive fishing grounds where species such as Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna, Kingfish, Barracuda, and Snapper are commonly found depending on the season. With modern electronics and extensive local knowledge of the island’s waters, the crew works hard to give you the best chance of landing an exciting catch.
All fishing gear is provided, including rods, reels, tackle, bait, and fishing licenses, so you can simply step onboard and enjoy the experience. Drinks are kept chilled in the cooler, and the boat features a marine toilet and freshwater shower for comfort during the trip.
At the end of the charter, your catch can be cleaned and filleted for you to take home or enjoy later at a local restaurant.
