To secure your workshop, a deposit is paid in USD at the time of booking through our secure online checkout.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the workshop and may be paid by card in EUR or in cash in USD or EUR.
For cash payments only, USD and EUR are accepted at a 1:1 exchange rate.
Please note that American Express cards are not accepted for the balance payment.
All bookings are covered by our flexible cancellation policy.
Unless otherwise stated in the activity description, you may cancel up to 48 hours before the workshop for a full refund of your deposit.
In the rare event of changes beyond your control, we’ll assist with rescheduling or provide a refund where applicable.
