Activity Terms & Important Guest Information
Welcome to EXPLR.SX. We want every trip โ whether itโs a boat charter, sunset cruise, or another adventure โ to be safe, enjoyable, and transparent. These Activity Terms apply across all experiences. Please read them carefully before booking.
Nature & Wildlife Sightings
The Caribbean is alive with turtles, rays, dolphins, seabirds, and colorful reef fish. While sightings are common, wildlife is never guaranteed. We never feed, chase, or harass animals. Captains and guides follow marine park regulations to protect habitats.
Weather, Sea Conditions & Captainโs Discretion
The sea changes daily. Routes, stops, and timings may be adjusted by the captain for safety and comfort. This flexibility ensures the best experience possible, even if the plan differs slightly from the brochure.
Health & Participation
Guests should be able to step on/off boats safely and be comfortable in marine environments. Please share medical conditions, accessibility needs, or mobility limitations when booking. Lifejackets and safety equipment are provided on all charters.
Children on Board
Children are welcome on most activities when accompanied by responsible adults. Guardians must supervise minors at all times. Child-sized lifejackets are available.
Alcohol & Guest Conduct
Alcohol is permitted in moderation. Captains may restrict consumption or refuse unsafe behavior to ensure the safety of guests, crew, and other vessels. Respectful conduct is expected at all times.
Equipment Use & Care
Snorkel gear, paddleboards, and other activity equipment are provided where advertised. Please use responsibly. Lost or damaged equipment may incur charges.
Cancellations & Weather Policy
If weather makes it unsafe to depart, trips will be rescheduled or refunded according to your bookingโs cancellation policy. Updates are communicated by email and/or WhatsApp.
Cross-Border Customs & Fees
Some activities involve entering other territories (e.g., Anguilla, St Barts). Passports are required and local customs/immigration fees are payable directly in cash. Your captain will guide you through formalities.
Your Consumer Rights
These terms do not override your statutory consumer rights. They exist to set expectations and ensure clarity for all guests.
