The remaining balance is due on the day of the experience and may be paid by card in USD, with a 4% surcharge applied, or in cash in USD.
Please note that American Express cards are not accepted for the balance payment.

You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time and receive a full refund of your deposit.
Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable. The deposit secures the reservation of the horses, guide, and time slot specifically for your group.
If an activity cannot operate due to unsafe weather conditions, as determined by the guide, we will assist with rescheduling or provide a full refund.
