Once your booking is matched to a specific captain and vessel, that boat can only run one charter per day.
During high season, private boat charters around St Maarten / St Martin often book several days in advance, particularly for weekends and calm sea days.
After you request your date, we confirm live availability with the captain operating your charter.
You’ll receive confirmation before paying anything beyond the initial deposit.

To secure your charter, you’ll pay a small deposit online through our secure checkout powered by Stripe or PayPal.
We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for fast and flexible deposit payments.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the charter and may be paid by card in EUR or in cash in USD or EUR.
Please note that American Express cards are not accepted for the balance payment.
All bookings are covered by our clear and fair cancellation policy.
You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time and receive a full refund of your deposit.
Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable. The deposit secures the reservation of the boat, captain, and time slot specifically for your group.
If an activity cannot operate due to unsafe weather conditions, as determined by the captain, we will assist with rescheduling or provide a full refund.

This full-day charter is ideal for guests who want to explore the island coastline in comfort while enjoying frequent swim and snorkel stops.
The boat’s layout is designed for all-day enjoyment, with comfortable seating for up to 12 guests, sunbeds at the front and rear, a central table for drinks, excellent shade from the large awning, and a swim platform with ladder. A deck shower allows you to freshen up after swimming before cruising to the next stop.
