A Few Keypoints

– Inhabitants must live as friends, allies as a whole.

– Should an enemy attack one district or the other, the concordant parties have an obligation to help and assist one another.

– French people can establish themselves in the Dutch part and vice versa.

– Criminals from one side fleeing to the other must be arrested and returned to their rightful authority.

– Natural resources (fisheries, lagoon, salt ponds, rivers etc) as well as commodities (harbours and roads) of the island are common and must benefit all inhabitants.
