Guavaberry Kir Royal

This a nice change from the typically frozen Guavaberry Colada and a festive variation for the holidays using champagne!

Drink Ingredients:

  • 1oz St. Maarten Guavaberry Liquor
  • 5oz Champagne / Prosecco

How to mix your cocktail:

Pour pre-chilled* Guavaberry Liqueur into a frozen champagne glass, about 1/3 of the glass. Top with chilled champagne. Dress with a small curl of orange skin and/or a fresh strawberry!

* Pre-chill your Guavaberry Liquor, either by storing it in your fridge beforehand or pouring some into a shaker with ice before straining into champagne glass.
