The Breakwater I

Best known as “la digue” to the French Side residents.

This is one of the only public areas available in town where people can safely walk, run or exercise and small kids can play.

Families hang out here on evenings once the day’s temperature has cooled and bring their children out to play, rollerblade and cycle.

More daring teens like to dive off the breakwater and into the clear water below then climb right back up and go again!
